Each year Sage runs several SageVisions events for all the Sage business partners. Normally the agenda is emailed to attendees and feedback is gathered through printed forms. The response rate for this method of feedback was always low with an associated overhead in collecting the forms and collating the information by hand.

The new service provided by bemoko was an internet site accessible by attendees via their mobile phones. This aligned well with Sage’s own strategy regarding the use of mobile. The site gave access to the agenda and allowed delegates to leave feedback and also fill out a specific questionnaire re Sage and the new version of SalesLogix.

Conference feedback was collected at the event and via an email follow up. Using the bemoko solution, Sage was able to have the results delivered as a presentation immediately after the all the results were received. This saved time and costs over the normal paperbased solution.
